John Curtis Christian School does not seek to attract teachers. Competent and qualified teachers seek positions at John Curtis Christian School. Teachers are attracted to Curtis because of the school’s reputation for spiritual, moral, and ethical development of the student; its educational leadership in instituting programs of study that were later adopted by the State Board of Education and other schools; the opportunity it offers in creative leadership, thinking, and living; and the varied curricular and extra curricular activities.

At John Curtis Christian School all teachers are born again believers in Jesus Christ. The faculty possesses attributes of love, leadership, understanding, trust, caring, and sharing.
